Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.

The Elders Gathering is a special day for our Elders from First Nations communities across East Gippsland to come together in a welcoming and culturally safe space. It is a time to connect, yarn, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company over a lovely meal and deadly entertainment.
The gathering celebrates the strength, knowledge, and wisdom of our Elders, honouring the important role they play in keeping culture strong and guiding future generations. Elders are encouraged to fully join in with the theme of the day, dress up, have fun, and enjoy activities, music, laughter, and community spirit together.
This event creates opportunities for friendship, cultural connection, wellbeing, and celebration, ensuring our Elders feel valued, respected, and appreciated for all they do within our communities.
