2025 RAP Impact
This report collected data from 2,190 organisations with a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), covering the July 2024 – June 2025 period.
The 2025 report shows the growing role of RAPs in driving change across workplaces, institutions and communities.
Key findings from the 2025 RAP Impact Report show:
- 1 in 5 Australians now work or study in an organisation with a RAP (5,923,174 people)
- A further 10 million+ people are members of a peak body or sporting club with a RAP
- 62,197 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employed by an organisation with a RAP
- There are 24,463 partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations
- 65% of organisations changed internal processes or policies
- $5.6 billion worth of goods and services procured from First Nations-owned businesses

RAP Impact Reports
RAPs help change systems. Organisations can engage staff with reconciliation via a RAP, helping contribute to the community of Australians who are engaged and supportive of First Nations people and reconciliation.
Organisations are required to report on their commitments annually.
