Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.

Celebrate National Reconciliation Week 2026 with us: an opportunity to reflect, connect, and continue the journey toward reconciliation. Whether you’re joining from your community, workplace, or attending our special breakfast event, there’s a way for everyone to be involved.
Our National Reconciliation Week Breakfast takes place on Thursday, 28 May 2026, with the in-person event at 7:30am, livestream at 8:30am, and a recording available later that day.
Whether you’re based remotely, regionally, part of a school or organisation, or an individual wanting to show your commitment, you can join via our official livestream: a meaningful way to take part, especially if you’re hosting your own local gathering.
This year features Noeleen Timbery reflecting on the return of the Gweagal spears and its significance for reconciliation.
Tickets: $150 in person, online from $50, with 20% off for members.
