Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2025, Bridging Now to Next, encourages all Australians to be a voice for reconciliation in tangible ways in our everyday lives – where we live, work and socialise.
Join us for a morning of inspiration and reflection as we share breakfast together, hear from Ngarluma Elders, and stream the Reconciliation WA virtual broadcast live in the theatre. The Perth keynote will feature Patrick Dodson, Yawuru elder and widely regarded as the “Father of Reconciliation,” and Tremane Baxter-Edwards, a next-generation leader from Wyndham. Their conversation represents cross-generational First Nations leadership and the continued momentum of reconciliation efforts.
