Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
A local highlight of National Reconciliation Week ( 27 May to 3 June) is Busselton’s Reconciliation Walk.
Community members are invited to join the City of Busselton, school children, local groups and businesses in its fourth annual Walk, taking place on Friday, 30 May 2025 at 10.00am.
The Busselton Reconciliation Walk will start at the Merenj Boodja Bush Garden (corner of Queen Street and Marine Terrace Busselton). Following official speeches the Walk, led by Wadandi Elder Gloria Hill, will head to the Busselton Foreshore, finishing at the Youth and Community Activities Building (YCAB).
A light lunch and activities following the walk will be provided by local Aboriginal-owned business, Pindari.
About 200 Elders, community members, school students, community groups and businesses are expected to participate in this year’s Walk. It provides an opportunity for local community members to unite with Aboriginal community members and hear stories about Culture.
