Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
We are celebrating with Welcome to Country Campus Ceremonies at our main campuses — an ancient practice that cleanses and heals.
• Moorabbin Campus: Tuesday, 27 May at 12:30pm
• Chadstone Campus: Wednesday, 28 May at 12:30pm
• Glen Waverley Campus: Tuesday, 3 June at 12:30pm
Join us also at the Chadstone Conference Centre on Wednesday, 28 May from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, for a screening of Putuparri and the Rainmakers — a powerful documentary that follows the journey of Tom “Putuparri” Lawford, an Aboriginal man from Fitzroy Crossing in Western Australia. We’re thrilled to announce that Nicole Ma, director of the film, will be joining us for a Q&A session at the end of the screening. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage with her directly and insight into the creative process behind the film.
