Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
Join City of Prospect and City of Charles Sturt for a free community BBQ in celebration of National Reconciliation Week 2025.
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. This year’s theme, Bridging Now to Next, reflects the ongoing connection between past, present and future.
In this exciting community event, you’ll hear from local Kaurna Elder Uncle Tamaru while you enjoy a free BBQ breakfast and coffee. There’ll also be a community silk painting activity with Adnyamathaha, Narungga and Yarluyandi Artist Temaana Sanderson-Bromley, native plant give-away and community art installation activity.
Bookings are recommended.
