The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.

Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.

May 28 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC+10

A 4-hour Aboriginal Cultural Awareness workshop to gain knowledge and awareness of the culture, history and experiences of Australia’s First Peoples during National Reconciliation Week.

This session is ideal for individuals and teams starting out their Aboriginal cultural competency journey, to facilitate real and lasting change through changed attitudes and behaviours at both a professional and personal level.

Topics include:
– Aboriginal Australian history
– Key cultural protocols, values and belief systems
– The impact of colonisation and dispossession
– Barriers between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people today
