NRW Events Calendar 2026

Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).

The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.

Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.

Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.

2026 Queanbeyan Reconciliation Walk

June 2 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm UTC+10

Join us for our annual Queanbeyan Reconciliation Walk on Tuesday 2 June. This year the route has been shortened due to the Monaro Street Refresh.

We will gather as normal on Trinculo Place at 9.30am before walking across the Queens Bridge, down to Collett Street before gathering for formal proceedings at the amphitheatre on the corner of Collett St and Morisset St.

If you’d like to participate, but feel the walk might be too difficult, you can meet us at Queanbeyan Park.

We will gather after the walk from 10:30am for performances and flag raising from local school students, speeches from local dignitaries and to celebrate the launch Council’s new Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.
