Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
To celebrate Sir Doug Nicholls Round, the Hawthorn Football Club invites you and your family to join us in an industry first that will see the opening of a Cultural Space, Tyetdji at the G during the Hawthorn v Brisbane game during Sir Doug Nicholls Round.
Tyetdji Yulk will come to life at the MCG for Sir Doug Nicholls Round. Creating a space to listen, talk and connect with each other.
The space features artefacts, cultural gifts, an art workshop and literature space and celebration of First Nations Players.
Tyetdji Yulk, from Gunnai language, means yellow hawk and was gifted by Senior Gunnai Elder, Uncle Wayne Thorpe. Tyetdji Yulk has become a space where players, staff and community come together, and we look forward to bringing this experience to the MCG.
