Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a range of activities and events during National Reconciliation Week (NRW).
The dates for NRW are the same each year: 27 May to 3 June. Look through the calendar to see how you can mark NRW at an event near you.
Hosting your own NRW event? Head to the Events page to add it to the calendar.
Please note: the events on this calendar are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.
Join HCNSW and AWCH as we launch the Collaborate & Connect Toolbox — a practical resource to support non-Indigenous healthcare organisations in engaging more meaningfully with First Nations young people.
Developed in partnership with First Nations young people (aged 14–25), this project created a collaborative space for sharing lived experiences, insights, and ideas. The result is a unique framework to guide non-Indigenous organisations in learning, reflecting, connecting, and acting on the core concepts of intersectionality, cultural humility, and decolonisation.
Aligned with the 2025 National Reconciliation Week theme, Bridging Now to Next, this work highlights how non-Indigenous organisations can bridge gaps and connect across contexts.
Hear from both First Nations and non-Indigenous project staff, as well as insights from First Nations young people who collaborated on the project. The Toolbox was designed for non-Indigenous organisations, however First Nations organisations may be interested in what young people are saying about non-Indigenous engagement.
