DESCRIPTION:Opening this weekend at the Shire of Carnarvon Library & Art Gallery — Portraits of Yinggarda Elders II. \nThis powerful exhibition celebrates the strength\, stories and cultural legacy of eight respected Yinggarda Elders through portraiture\, created by local artists under the guidance of Carnarvon artist Gosia Taylor. \nJoin us during the Gnulli Festival for a special Yarns & Tea opening:\n📅 Saturday 23 May\n🕙 10–11am\n📍 Shire of Carnarvon Library & Art Gallery \nThe exhibition forms part of National Reconciliation Week and will be on display until 13 June 2026. \nThese portraits are more than artworks — they are stories\, knowledge and cultural strength preserved for future generations.
