On this tour\, we’ll reflect on how waste management\, environmental stewardship and respect for Country are connected.\nOn the tour\, you’ll:\nLearn how the landfill operates and what happens to different types of waste\nGain insights into the Great Western Drain\, a fantastic local example of restoration work in action\nEnjoy\, weather permitting\, a guided walk through the wetland area\, learning about environmental assets \nWhat to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing\, sturdy closed toe shoes and a water bottle\nTransport: Please make your own way to the landfill\, Carpooling encouraged.
