Human Resources Advisor

Reconciliation Australia is looking for an organised, ethusiastic HR Advisor to join the team.

  • Canberra or Sydney
  • Annual salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time or part-time (30hrs / week) – flexible working environment

The role

Great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to take the next step in their HR career running the full HR function in a leading Not-for-Profit organisation with approximately 40 employees. This is a true generalist role with no two days being the same – end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, employee file maintenance, WHS, HR policy maintenance. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will also be a trusted advisor to the Senior Executive Team.

About you 

You are a staff-focused HR Advisor with 3-5 years’ experience looking for that next step in your HR career being responsible for the full HR function in a 40 person not-for-profit organisation.

Reporting directly to the COO (located in Canberra) you thrive in a people-centric environment within a purpose driven organisation.

Salary and other details

The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation, dependent on experience and qualifications, and is a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2023 with extension depending on funding.
