McMillan Education
RA has partnered with educational publishing house Macmillan Education on a series of books aimed at educating primary school students about the reconciliation journey.
The six book titles are presented by high profile Australians, one Indigenous and one non-Indigenous for each book. The series, to be available to schools in early 2009 through McMillan, includes:
- The Reconciliation Journey – presented by Dr Jackie Huggins and Lt Gen John Sanderson
- Reconciliation and Society – presented by Professor Mick Dodson and Dr Fiona Stanley
- Reconciliation and the Arts – presented by Bernard Fanning and Leah Purcell
- Reconciliation and Environment and Health – presented by Dr Tamara McKean and Sir Gustav Nossal
- Reconciliation and Sport – presented by Ian Thorpe and Michael O’Laughlin
- Reconciliation and Schools – presented by Dr Marika and Fred Chaney
