What is the ideal situation?
BEN GILLIES
Not having any division between Indigenous Australians and everyone in the country. I guess just everyone being on an equal playing field. We’re all from the same country there shouldn’t be any difference between anybody at all. Just kinda everybody coming together as one.

As an artist what is your contribution to reconciliation?
CHRIS JOANNOU
I think it’s something that affects all Australians in one way or another. I think just helping to bring more attention to it. I think that's in a lot of ways it can help and be solved just to bring it more to the forefront of people’s attention.

How can we help close the gap?
DANIEL JOHNS
Because there's a generational gap maybe some people think that it’s not our responsibility. Not saying sorry because some people think that they’re not responsible for doing it, but I think you just got to take responsibility just to say sorry and if it had happened to just anybody everyone would have already said sorry. It just feels inappropriate to not say sorry for something, that's such a major injustice.
